1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been packed or shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please email us at support@ivalens.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8178988457 with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Due to the nature of contact lenses and optical products, returns are only accepted if:
    • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ivalens.com with photos of the product and packaging.
  • Approved return requests will receive a replacement or credit note as per eligibility.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases where:
    • The product is unavailable or out of stock after payment.
    • A valid cancellation is made before shipment.
    • The order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances from our side.
  • Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used contact lenses.
  • Lens care solutions and sprays once unsealed.
  • Any product damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
