  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation of payment.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of any delay due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified via email or phone.

2. Shipping Partners and Delivery Timeline

  • We partner with reputed courier services such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Estimated delivery timelines:
    • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
    • Other Urban Areas: 4–6 business days
    • Remote Locations: 6–9 business days
  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499 within India.
  • A standard shipping fee of ₹50 applies for orders below ₹499.
  • Additional charges may apply for certain remote or out-of-delivery locations.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
  • You can track your shipment through our Track Order page or directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier partner will make two delivery attempts.
  • If the customer is unavailable during both attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@ivalens.com.
  • For missing or wrong items, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the product and packaging.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, IVALens.com ships only within India.
  • International shipping options will be announced once available.
